Mädel Jäger: Pittsburgh-based Oktoberfest band playing traditional German and Austrian tunes.

Western PA SNPJ Button Box Club: Accordion ensemble playing polka hits.

 

Listen to traditional German music during times without live acts.

For the Kids:  Carnival Games like Duck Pond, Lollipop Pull, Ping Pong Throw, and Bean Bag Toss.

NEW For the Adults (Ages 16+): Steinholding competitions!

 

1:30pm & 6:30pm

 

What is Steinholding?

A traditional Bavarian strength contest in which competitors hold a full beer stein (our steins will be filled with water!) out in front of their bodies with a straight arm, parallel to the ground.

 

Go as long as you can -- the last person hoisting the stein is the winner!

Must be age 16+ to enter. 

 

The winner of each contest will receive a $25 Amazon Gift Card!
